• Handcrafted Variation: Due to the handcrafted nature of our shoes, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between the product image and the item received. These variations are characteristics of quality craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Miara Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Timeframe: Production and shipping times are estimates. While we strive to meet the indicated timeframes, delays may occur, particularly with international shipping or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Lagos traffic or logistics issues).
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Miara Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
